Your order will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days from the transaction date. You will be notified by email when your order is processed and shipped, and you will receive an order confirmation number enabling you to track the shipment.
Shipment costs are offered for all orders in the European Union totaling more than 150 euros, and for orders above 250 euros outside of the European Union.
For orders below these amounts, shipment costs will be charged and will appear on your order confirmation page prior to your validation.
Your shipment will be sent through the Portuguese national post service (CTT Portugal), by registered mail including a tracking number.
RETURNS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND) WITHIN 14 DAYS
If you wish to return any of your Product(s) due to a size issue or simply because the print, colors or cut don’t fit your tastes, you can return them to us within a 14 calendar-day timeframe from the initial order date.
The return Product(s) must not have been used or washed and shall include all labeling and hygienic protections. They should be folded as per initial conditions. Please refer to the return conditions mentioned on the Return Form available here.
We hope to launch a more standardized return shipment procedure as soon as possible, but in this initial phase, we kindly ask you to ship the Product(s) yourself by registered mail. Please keep a copy of the postal fee receipt in case you are entitled to a reimbursement of the postal costs (see below).
Please follow the return procedure mentioned on the Return Form, available here (to be printed and included with the shipment).
We thank you for notifying us of such return or exchange, by email.
In the case of a return and refund request, postal costs from your address to ours will be at your expense, and the refund will exclude postal charges included in your initial order.
In the case of an exchange related to a size or model issue, postal costs from your address to ours will be at your expense, and we will pay for postal charges of the exchanged Product(s) from our address to yours, in the limit of one shipment per order (all future exchanges will be at your own cost in both ways).
In the case of an exchange or refund of any Product(s) presenting any defect or substantial non-compliance with the Product’(s) description on the Website at the time of delivery, we will be accountable for the related postal charges from your address to ours, within the limit of the initial shipping costs as mentioned in the order confirmation. We will also be accountable for the cost of shipping back the exchanged Product(s).
In all cases, if the conditions mentioned on the Return Form are not met, we will not be able to exchange or refund the returned Product(s).
TIMING FOR EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Any Product exchange or refund will be considered only after reception of the returned Product(s) at our address.
Exchanges will be processed as fast as possible within the limit of available stocks, within a fifteen (15) business-day timeframe following the reception of your return shipment. If the Product(s) you wish to exchange are not in stock, we will contact you directly and you will be entitled to a refund.
As soon as your Product(s) is/are exchanged or refunded, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided in your order.
Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days from the date of reception of your return shipment, if all return conditions are met, automatically on the bank account used for the initial transaction.
DISCLAIMER: All exchange and refund requests made between August 1st and 31st will be handled only in September.
